- Mtech offers free shipping within Nairobi for goods worth 10,000 and above for packages that can be ferried on motorbikes, call for estimates for bulky goods.
- Goods worth less than 10,000 shillings will be charged a flat rate fee of 500 shilling within Nairobi
- For Orders outside Nairobi, Contact us for shipping estimates from our shipping partners.
- For fragile and delicate products, we advise our client to have insurance on the product when in transit.
- Orders received before 3 will be discharged the same day while orders placed later than 2:30 p.m. will be dispatched the next day.
- Orders placed from outside of Nairobi will only be dispatched once full payment is received and confirmed
