Customer is eligible for a refund within 5 working days if they are dissatisfied with the product
delivered due to an error on our part or the product delivered is faulty.
Pearl Sounds will make a refund for the wrong product delivered, we can either make a cash refund or replace the
product with the right items
Faulty products due to manufacturer error are eligible for a warranty of one year hence it will be accepted
back and necessary repairs done, please note products are accepted for warranty only if the problem
with products is not caused by the client.
Terms and Conditions
- Returned products due to wrong items should be unused and be in their original package.
- Damaged products won’t be accepted for a refund
- Products damaged due to power issues are not eligible for warranty or refund, extra cost will be charged on these items for repairs.
- No refund will be made on damaged goods that occur during shipping, in case this happens clients should sort this out with the courier.
- Cash on delivery terms only applies in Nairobi and its environs, Outside Nairobi full payment has to be made before dispatch.
- Customers will need to reach out for shipping cost assessments for bulk goods.
